Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received, inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, to allow us to evaluate the issue and correct our mistakes. You have 3 days to contact us after the product has been received to contact us with a picture of the damaged item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please email us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what your corrected item, return the item after contacting us and clarifying it is acceptable. Once the return item is accepted, we will direct you on how to make a separate purchase for the new item at no cost.
