Shipping policy

There are no refunds. If the item isn't what you requested or it is an error on SugaPie.Co, we will send you a replacement after analyzing the item via a picture and within the 3-day window. Please give us a 5 day turn around for product(s) once the original has been received unless otherwise noted. You will be held responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item back to us, we ask that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.​

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If all or a portion of your order needs ordering, please allow 5-days after the product is received for completion unless otherwise noted. 

A rush fee of $15 will be charged on items ordered and needed within a week and $25 for next day on top of your total cost. Please note NO CREATING WILL BEGIN UNTIL PAYMENT OR DEPOSIT IS MADE. All shipped orders are shipped PRIORITY Mail, (unless other arrangements are made). Shipping cost will be added to the total cost of order.
